How Christine Ormsby Completed Her Education
Christine Ormsby was born at Saint Louis, Missouri the youngest of four
siblings. After Completing graduation, she enrolled in the University of
Missouri-Kansas City. She majored in a combined BA/MD six-year
application.

campuses in the University of Missouri system. Known for the outstanding health
school, at 2017, the school created a groundbreaking partnership with the
university, state and regional governments, and other things known as The

2017 the university started construction to a state-of --the-art Campus For The
Arts close to the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
After her graduation in University Of Missouri, Christine Ormsby turned into
a standard surgery resident in The University of Tennessee where she practiced
for fourteen months and then left a rectal transition into the radiology
residency.
She graduated from the radiology residency in 2013. Initially starting out as
a night radiologist, Ormsby continued her education having a radiology breast
fellowship at The University of Florida in Jacksonville, FL. Upon completion of
her fellowship, she was hired back into The University of Tennessee Medical
Center being a daytime attending doctor and was there ever since.
The University of Tennessee Medical Center of which Christine Ormsby now
practices opened in 1956. By the mid 1960s, the hospital also had expanded its
facilities for healthcare, medical research, and training to get medical
treatment, with the very first group of twenty five residents being trained in
1971. From the 1980s the technology of the hospital immediately advanced with
the addition of East Tennessee's first crisis response helicopter, the launching
of The Boling Pavilion, and many other advancements in both technology and
infrastructure. The center is also home to The University of Tennessee Graduate
School of Medicine.
